Nusantara might redefine urban sustainability. As Indonesia’s new capital, it aspires to lead the region in green innovation. With an untapped potential to generate 34,105 GW of energy from renewable sources – Nusantara aligns seamlessly with Indonesia’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In analyzing the legal structures supporting circular economy in Nusantara, this article applies Lawrence
